Q:How do I rent clothes on Cosypha?
A: Browse by category, pick your favorite piece, select your rental dates, and check out. The Lender will contact you to make arrangements on delivery.
Q: What if I damage a rented item?
A: If damage happens, you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs. We recommend treating all items with care as if they were your own.
Q:Can I try items before renting?
A: Try-ons aren’t currently offered, but each listing includes size info and you can contact the owner directly for more details.
Q:How long can I rent an item for?
A: Most rentals last 2–7 days, but it depends on what the lender offers and also what occasion you are renting for, some women would rent an item for a few hours which is calculated as one day; just to take photos in. Each listing shows available rental periods.

Q:How do I list my clothes for rent or sale?
A: Create an account, upload quality photos, add descriptions, prices, and availability. You can list items for rent, for sale—or both.
Q: What kind of clothes can I list?
A: High-quality, gently used pieces—think occasion wear, office wear, casual chic, etc. Items must be clean and in excellent condition.
Q: How do I get paid?
A: Payments are made to your preferred method after a successful rental or sale.
Q: Who handles delivery?
A: You choose: self-delivery, pick-up, courier, or meet-up. You’ll coordinate directly with the renter.

Q: How do payments work?
A: Renters pay upfront via the platform. Lenders receive payment after the rental period ends or once an item is sold.
Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations made 48+ hours before the rental start date are refundable. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.
Q: Is Cosypha safe to use?
A: Yes! We support secure payments, encourage clear communication, and offer dispute resolution if needed.
