Sign up, register or create an account on our platform and start renting, lending, selling. Once your profile is set you can beginn using the platform.
How to Rent
Browse listings
Search your desired outfit from our listings. You can filter the search by colour, brand, size and more. Request to rent the outfit.
Set the dates
Select the dates you wish to rent the outfit for
Payment & Delivery
Pay for your outfit and arrange for delivery by communicating with the lender via our secure messaging system.
Rate & Review
Once you've completed and returned your rental, leave honest feedback for your fellow renters and don't forget to tag @cosypha on social media.
How to Lend
List your Outfit
List your outfit for either rental or sale. Upload at least three clear pictures of the outfit; include pictures of yourself or a muse in the said outfit. Write a description of the outfit and select the occasion/category the outfit falls under.
Accept Rental Requests
Accept or decline rental requests from your potential renters. Communicate with the renters via our messaging system and answer any questions they have concerning the outfit.
Delivery & Cleaning
Once a rental has been made, send the outfit to the renter or message the renter to arrange on delivery. You will be responsible for cleaning the outfit once its returned before lending it to another person.
Get Paid
Once the rental is complete, you will receive your payment in your bank account or Mpesa within 3 days. Leave honest feedback for your fellow cosyphas
